Synopsis
In a sprawling megacity where riots and corporate overlords clash nightly, Jax "Ghost" Harlan once ruled the midnight highways until a rigged crash left him broken and banned. He rebuilds a outlaw bike from scrap and enters the Apex Run, a lethal cross-city sprint where only the fastest and most ruthless survive. Allies emerge in the form of a street-smart mechanic who believes in second chances and a rival racer haunted by the same fixers who destroyed Jax. Together they outrun drones, dodge gang blockades, and confront the betrayals that once shattered Jax's future. Every mile tests whether dreams can outpace a collapsing society.
The story
Jax crawls out of underground exile after watching his former protégé die on live TV during a fixed race. Haunted by lost glory and broke, he welds together a custom bike and crashes the qualifiers to enter the Apex Run.
Corporate assassins, crooked cops, and a vengeful former sponsor hunt Jax through flooded tunnels and burning overpasses while his new crew fractures under pressure and betrayals surface. The final checkpoint demands he choose between victory and saving a teammate.
Jax rides the last leg alone after losing everything again, confronting the sponsor in a final high-speed duel that ends with him crossing the finish line as the city erupts in celebration and the system begins to crack.
