Synopsis
In a rain-slicked, neon-drenched retro Tokyo-New York mashup, Sk8 is a tattooed outlaw courier who lives by her own rules. When a gluttonous, badge-heavy cop named Brass tries to shake her down over a street-smoking fine, the encounter explodes into a high-octane chase across crumbling rooftops and back-alley markets. Brass’s obsession with “searching every inch” of the city becomes personal as Sk8 dismantles his corrupt empire one smashed patrol car at a time. The story blends kinetic hand-to-hand fights, absurd food-obsessed villainy, and classic cel-shaded animation energy.
